Philip Meade’s practice areas include personal injury tort defense, professional liability, products liability, consumer protection and general civil litigation. He earned a B.A. with honors in Accounting from the University of Washington and attended Seattle University School of Law, where he received a J.D. with honors in 1984 and was Associate Editor of the Law Review. Before receiving his law degree, he worked as a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Meade served as Law Clerk for Judge Edward P. Reed of the Washington Court of Appeals, and for Judge Robert W. Skidmore of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Washington. He contributed the chapter on “Washington Consumer Protection Act: Ch. 19.86 RCW” to the Washington State Bar Association Commercial Law Deskbook in 1995. In addition to being a member of the Washington State Bar Association, he is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
