Nancy Elliott is a shareholder at Merrick, Hofstedt & Lindsey. She concentrates her practice on health care and the life sciences. She has vast experience representing physicians, clinics, pharmacists and other health care providers in lawsuits along with disciplinary and licensing matters. Nancy has tried over 70 jury trials; successfully defended hundreds of health care providers. Ms. Elliott routinely advises clients on risk management, quality assurance, contract negotiations, drafting of agreements and documents, and health care issues. She has represented practically every specialty and type of claim confronting health care professionals. Nancy defends pharmaceutical and medical device companies for discovery, multi-district litigation, class actions and trials. She provides legal advice and representation on life science issues for her clients. Nancy enjoys working with nonprofit organizations.

Ms. Elliott is licensed by the Washington State Bar Association and the State Bar of Montana. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court Western District of Washington and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Nancy is a member of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, and the Washington State Society of Health Care Attorneys.
